TL;DR - We take your privacy very seriously. Your data is encrypted, stored securely, and we will never sell your data to third parties. We only collect the data necessary to provide the service and improve your experience.

Google account and user data

Signing in with Google lets us use your email, name, and profile picture to populate your user profile within Churning Tracker. In order to enable the optional email automation feature, you must grant Churning Tracker read-only Gmail access to enable functionality. You can revoke Gmail access anytime in your Google Account settings or within Churning Tracker.

Sharing, transfer, and disclosure of Google user data

We do not sell or rent Google user data. We do not share Google user data with advertisers or data brokers for their marketing or profiling. Churning Tracker's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention

We keep Google user data only as long as needed to run your account and the features you use, unless a longer period is required by law. When you disconnect Google or delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated data within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention obligations.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy. The version on this page is the one in effect when you use the service. Material changes will be reflected here and communicated in the product when appropriate.
